Whilst tucked away for pure relaxation, zen and serenity you are in one of the best pockets that St Leonards has to offer. Walking distance to the Bay, Yacht Club, and the Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve.

Split over two levels this home has been designed with comfort, convenience and practicality in mind also making entertaining a breeze. The ground level is the heart of the home and where all entertaining is to be had. The fore of the home has a formal living area equipped with a flat screen TV and modular couch, there is also internal access to the double garage, powder room and laundry, including washing machine/ dryer and basic amenities, before flowing into the open plan kitchen meals and dining.

The kitchen is well and truly equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay including quality appliances, walk-in pantry, fridge/ freezer, coffee machine and other basics (check out our “at a glance” for a full list). The kitchen overlooks the large dining area equipped with a timber 10-seater table. The second living area enjoys a large modular couch, flat screen tv and dvd player complete with split system heating and cooling.

The spacious upstairs level is home to 4 bedrooms all including robe space, the master bedroom enjoys a full ensuite with separate toilet, vanity, and shower along with a flat screen TV. A separate toilet and main central bathroom including bath, shower and vanity complete the first floor.

Sliding door access from the dining area leads to the outside undercover entertaining area where you will find an additional 6-seater setting and gas BBQ to enjoy. The double gate access into the yard proves handy when travelling with a boat or jetskis. The property is completely fenced and secure.
