Upon entry, you are greeted by a beautiful 70’s timber spiral staircase which leads you to the basement or as we like to call it the “kids retreat” offering a huge bedroom decked out with 2x single bunk beds, rollaway bed (upon request), sitting area and TV, with plenty of room to play. The 3rd bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet completed with garage access.

To the left take 3 steps down into the master bedroom which boasts balcony access with 2 chairs and stunning views, plenty of robe space and a full ensuite.

The dining area is a space of its own where you can look over the sunken 1st living area, engage in the kitchen activity and look straight across to the ocean.

Take another 3 steps down into the ever-inviting first living area which offers a wonderful ocean breeze in Summer and a cosy and inviting vibe through Winter.

The kitchen is a fantastic size and equipped with more than just the basics making entertaining a breeze. A sizeable pantry with quality appliances overlooks the 2nd living area which has sliding door access to the outside entertaining area.

The rear of the home hosts bedroom 2 and the main central bathroom is equipped with a corner bath, shower, and vanity. A large laundry complete with a trough, front loader, and fixed ironing board with access to the outside and a separate toilet to complete this wing of the home.

The outside area is manicured and pleasant offering lots of undercover seating as well as garden seating, a plumbed-in Ziegler & Brown BBQ, a clothesline and plenty of room to run around for the kids. Please note, that whilst we welcome dogs, the yard is not secure and there is clear access from the front to the back.
